BETA Technologies participates in E-Verify. ## Description BETA is looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Software Product Team Lead, responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and team leadership for our Engineering Tools and Libraries. In this role, you'll lead a team while defining the product vision for two critical areas. First, engineering tools and libraries that enable high-performance I/O, real-time data visualization and verification, and integration with third party software. Second, maintenance software that supports aircraft configuration, inspections, and flashing for both internal teams and eventually external customers. You'll partner closely with a technical lead who owns architecture and implementation, while you own the "what and why" - spending your time on deep customer discovery, ruthless prioritization, people development, and strategic technical decisions. This is a true hybrid role combining product ownership, people management, and some hands-on technical contribution. We're looking for someone who can earn the team's respect through technical credibility while excelling at product sense and people leadership.
