If you're excited about the mission and have strong depth in some of these areas, we'd still love to hear from you! ## Description We are seeking a Solutions Engagement Manager - a technical, outcomes-driven individual sitting at the intersection of client delivery and engineering. You will be someone who can embed with clients, deeply understand the problems they're trying to solve, and partner hands-on with our engineering team to build and ship technical solutions that deliver real value. This role will require 2-3 days per week of on-site presence with clients in the Seattle area. If you are not currently based in Seattle but are open to relocating, please make a note of that on your resume. Responsibilities * Partner directly with clients to understand their desired outcomes - not just their stated requests - and translate that understanding into clear, actionable direction for the engineering team. * Collaborate with engineers and act as the technical product manager for your accounts: define what should be built, why it matters, and how success will be measured * Push back constructively on unclear or low-value requests.
