The UX Designer is an individual contributor on our Product Design team, working alongside Product Managers and engineers to craft intuitive, polished experiences for PDQ's SaaS web products. You'll support the full design process, from understanding user needs to delivering high-quality UI, helping IT teams around the world work faster and with greater confidence in our tools. As a UX Designer, you'll help shape the everyday experience of thousands of IT professionals, contributing directly to product adoption and customer satisfaction.
