The EW team operates at a tempo the defense industry isn't used to: delivering novel system configurations into active operations in days, not months, and iterating based on direct operator feedback from the field. We are building a new Mission Software Engineering (MSE) team to own the full software lifecycle for EW products - from development and integration through deployment, sustainment, and customer success. If you want to write software that ships to real missions on aggressive timelines, this is the team., We're looking for Mission Software Engineers who are strong generalists and fast learners. You don't need to be an expert in electronic warfare - you need to be the kind of engineer who can pick up any part of the stack, figure out how it works, and make it better. The problems here span embedded systems, backend services, data pipelines, deployment infrastructure, integration with Lattice OS, and operator-facing tools. You'll get deep exposure to RF and EW concepts on the job, working alongside domain experts., * Develop and maintain mission-critical software across the EW product stack * Build and improve deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management systems * Integrate EW systems with the broader Anduril Lattice ecosystem * Debug and resolve issues in production and field-deployed systems * Develop operator-facing tools and interfaces that make complex systems usable in high-stakes environments * Work with embedded software and DSP engineers to bridge the gap between algorithm development and field-deployable software * Participate in field deployments, integration events, and customer engagements * Contribute to a culture of engineering quality through code review, testing, and documentation, To ensure your safety and help you navigate your job search with confidence, please keep the following critical points in mind: * No Financial Requests: Anduril will never solicit payment or demand personal financial details (such as banking information, credit card numbers, or social security numbers) at any stage of our hiring process.
