Drive full product lifecycle management from roadmap to backlog to delivery to adoption to value realization. Drive Platform adoption and value realization through KPIs and data-driven improvements. Drive Redwood transition and adoption working with SCM stakeholders. * Solution delivery: Perform Hands-on configuration and lead end-to-end solution delivery (design, UAT, upgrades, release readiness) * Business partnership: Serve as the primary IS&T partner and strategic advisor for Supply Chain & Manufacturing leadership. Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and measurable outcomes. * Transformation: Identify and resolve underlying data and process inefficiencies, driving standardization and optimization. Champion AI and intelligent automation use cases across forecasting, planning optimization, inventory intelligence and exception management. * Data, Integration & Insights: Partner with data engineering teams to translate data into actionable insights and dashboards. Leverage OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI) and BI Publisher (BIP) for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with integration engineers and drive integrations with enterprise systems such as LIMS, logistics platforms, carriers, PLM, QMS, and MES. * Compliance & Controls: Ensure SOX compliance and operational controls across manufacturing, costing, inventory processes.
