## About the Role

* A senior full-stack engineer (typically 5+ years) with experience in React Native and TypeScript.
 * High craft: you care about the details users feel - performance, reliability, polish - and the details they don't, like clean abstractions and observability.
 * A track record of 0*1 work: you've taken new products or services from nothing to production, and you like the ambiguity that comes with it.
 * An owner's mindset: you instrument what you ship, watch it in production, and you're not finished until you know your work is delivering what it should.
 * Strong product judgment - you ask what a feature is for, not just how to build it.
 * Genuine motivation for the mission: expanding access to medical massage and therapy for members and veterans.

Nice to have

 * Healthcare experience - clinical workflows, FHIR/HL7, HIPAA-regulated systems, or health-tech products.
 * Experience building for field or gig workforces, marketplaces, or scheduling-heavy products.
 * Backend depth, and comfort working across service boundaries.
 * Experience standing up observability stacks and mobile CI/CD.

## Description

You'll join a small, senior team reimagining the Zeel provider experience - the app and tools licensed therapists rely on to run their practice on our platform. It's work with the freedom of a greenfield project and the grounding of a product with real daily users: you'll help rethink how providers experience Zeel end to end, informed by years of learning about what they actually need.
