## About the Role

* Strong computer, analytical, and people skills
 * Experience and strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems; both server and workstation
 * Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
 * Understanding of network infrastructure and concepts, * Two-year degree in computer-related studies or certification equivalent
 * Certifications are a plus, but equivalent and relevant education, experience, and training are acceptable

## Description

* First point of contact for troubleshooting IT issues
 * Thoroughly document both issues and resolutions
 * Monitor ticketing system and emails for issues submitted by end-users
 * Maintain computer inventory
 * PC setup and deployment for new and existing employees
 * Setup, deploy, and support mobile devices
 * Create and manage Active Directory accounts for end-users
 * Assist with onboarding of new employees and off-boarding of exiting employees
 * The front line in enforcing company security and usage policies
 * Monitor and audit workstations to ensure that the OS, AV, and other software are up to date
