Experience: * 10+ years of Mainframe programming experience. * 10+ years of experience working with COBOL-based mainframe applications. * Extensive hands-on experience with IMS DB and IBM MQ. * Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting mission-critical mainframe applications in production environments. * Experience upgrading and modifying MQ COBOL programs and supporting MQ server migrations. * Experience supporting ETBS MQ programs and integrations with WMIS and Workday. * Experience reverse engineering legacy COBOL/IMS applications, including applications with limited or no available source code. * Experience documenting business rules, technical processes, application logic, and system workflows. * Experience migrating legacy code into modern source-code repositories. * Strong IMS administration and development experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
