Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience supporting federal or defense contracting programs. * Experience with release coordination, version control, and automated testing strategies. * Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). * For senior and Architect-level candidates, experience mentoring developers and presenting technical solutions in client-facing environments. ## Description We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals at both the Developer and Architect levels to support a growing federal program. The ideal candidates will have strong experience designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and custom applications. This role requires the ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions.
