## About the Role

* Local or must be within 1 hour drive with DL copy
 * LinkedIn with location (before 2022)
 * Candidates with experience at firms such as: Deloitte | PwC | EY | KPMG | Booz Allen Hamilton | Oliver Wyman or comparable strategy, management, or technology consulting firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
 * Industry experience in Energy or Utilities is a plus, but not required., * Senior Associate-level experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, technology consulting, transformation, or a related discipline.
 * Strong Big 4 or top-tier consulting background strongly preferred.
 * Experience with digital, AI, IT, technology, or enterprise transformation.
 * Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
 * Strong experience developing executive presentations and client-facing deliverables.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
 * Experience operating in complex, high-visibility client environments.
 * Strong proficiency with standard consulting tools and methodologies.

We are seeking Senior Associates to support a major digital, AI, and technology transformation initiative for a leading Atlanta-based organization.
This is an opportunity for a consulting-trained professional to work directly with senior client stakeholders across strategic, technology, digital, and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong executive communication, and experience supporting complex transformation programs from strategy through execution.
