 * Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
 * Ability to troubleshoot performance and reporting issues.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience coordinating with business, technical, and offshore teams.
