## Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend technologies, modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture. Experience in Finance or Banking domain is highly preferred., * Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications.

 * Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
 * Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React or Angular.
 * Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
 * Work with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
 * Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka.
 * Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
 * Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
 * Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
 * Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and security compliance.
 * Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and sprint planning.
