Experience: 7+ years of experience in production operations. Proven experience in a production support or similar role, preferably in a CICD Platform environment. Technical Skills: * Strong experience in OpenShift containers, Kubernetes, and Apache Kafka. * Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Tower, JFROG Artifactory, GitHub, and release orchestration platforms (e.g., XLRelease, Harness). * Experience with build tools such as Cloudbees Jenkins or Github Actions. * Hands-on experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure. * Expertise in Unix systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash. * Experience with artifact repositories, dependency management, and compliance engines. * Strong understanding of the CICD pipeline. * Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with database platforms such as Oracle or PostgreSQL. * Knowledge of F5 Load balancer, GTM, high availability architectures, and disaster recovery strategies. * Certification in Red Hat Linux, DevOps methodologies, or related fields. ## Description The Application Architect will provide end-to-end support for production applications, focusing on stability, reliability, and performance. This role involves in-depth problem analysis, troubleshooting of system errors, and leading investigations into chronic issues to maintain system health and minimize business impact.
