Requirements - At least 3 years of experience working in Salesforce development, including collaboration with administrators and development team members. * Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce platform design principles, secure development practices, and data governance concepts. * Proficiency with Salesforce development, platform configuration, Lightning Platform capabilities, API-based integrations, and related implementation work. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues and assess business needs effectively. * Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work productively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Sharing and Visibility Architect are highly valued. * Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methods and familiarity with nonprofit-focused Salesforce solutions such as NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud are beneficial.
