Meraki experience ; Cisco experience a plus. * Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware, including VM troubleshooting, snapshots/checkpoints, resource review, storage, networking, and performance basics. * Experience using helpdesk ticketing, RMM, remote support, monitoring, patching, endpoint management, and client documentation systems. * Security awareness, including MFA, patching, endpoint protection, phishing risk, password hygiene, suspicious email review, log review, and incident escalation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional client service, ownership, prioritization, follow-through, and ability to work in a fast-paced MSP environment., * 5+ years of system administration or MSP support experience. * Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or and Access Administrator Associate. * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent hands-on experience. * PowerShell scripting for administration, reporting, automation, and troubleshooting. * Experience with Azure services, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Backup, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Mac support, and iOS/Android support. Work Status and Travel * Full-time position. * Occasional travel throughout the greater Orange County and Los Angeles areas may be required, depending on assigned territory. * Reliable vehicle required.
