## About the Role

Griffon Security Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Security Technician to support the installation, configuration, and service of integrated security systems. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical ability, clear communication, professionalism, and efficient field execution., * Experience with low-voltage cabling, terminations, and field device installation.

 * Experience installing electronic door hardware and low-voltage power supplies.
 * Ability to install, replace, and troubleshoot PCBs and related security system components.
 * Working knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance systems, and related security software.
 * Experience with programmable logic controllers is .
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
 * Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight travel as needed.

## Description

* Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling and related connections.
 * Install and support electronic door hardware, access control devices, power supplies, and related field equipment.
 * Install and configure security system components, including PCBs, controllers, readers, cameras, and associated devices.
 * Configure and support security software platforms, including access control, video surveillance, and programmable logic controller systems.
 * Perform system testing, commissioning, service, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
 * Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, vendors, and internal team members.
 * Work efficiently in active customer environments while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work area.
 * Travel to customer sites as required, including overnight stays.
