## About the Role

nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field\n
\n- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously\n
\n- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders\n
\n- 3+ years of experience in transmission planning, power systems analysis, or a related energy discipline.\n
\n- Hands-on experience with power flow analysis tools (e.g., PSS/E, PowerWorld, PSCAD, TARA or equivalent).\n
\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field\n
\n- Experience working with RTOs/ISOs (e.g., PJM, MISO, WECC, SPP, ERCOT) on transmission interconnection or planning studies.\n
\n- Familiarity with renewable energy integration, interconnection processes, and large load interconnection.\n
\n- Experience supporting data center, hyperscaler, or large industrial load growth initiatives.\n
\n- Proficiency in GIS tools and data management platforms for transmission system visualization.\n
