The role involves driving IT and business teams to review and approve functional specifications, data analysis, and data mappings. You will manage the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle and lead the documentation of business process flows supported by the defined business requirements. Additionally, you will actively participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios, documenting test cases, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) during testing to determine if reported issues are defects., * Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems. * Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings. * Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle. * Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements. * Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases. * Serve as a triage point of contact during testing, acting as SME for defect validation., Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix's commitment to equal employment opportunity.
