This role will partner closely with Communications leadership to drive innovation, operational excellence, and business value across critical customer communication channels, including SMS, Push, Email, Secure Messaging, and emerging engagement platforms. You will combine strategic vision, product management expertise, financial acumen, and strong stakeholder leadership to oversee a complex portfolio of platforms, vendor partnerships, and transformation initiatives.
