Technical & Analytical Skills * Strong SQL skills for validating data, building test scenarios, and supporting defect analysis. * Familiarity with Apache Kafka-understanding of message flows, schemas, and how data moves between systems. * Experience validating API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules. * Ability to decompose complex processes into clear business logic, workflows, and testable requirements. * Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including how to trace data transformations and troubleshoot issues with developers. * Ability to interpret logs, understand data mappings, and work with developers/architects to shape technical solutions. Delivery & Process Skills * Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement, writing stories, creating test cases, and participating in sprint ceremonies. * Hands-on experience with project/work management tools, preferably VersionOne. * Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)-incident, problem, change management (ServiceNow preferred). * Ability to manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, including scenario development, user coordination, and tracking defects. * Experience creating process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows. Cross-Team Facilitation * Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups-business, developers, QA, vendors, and architects. * Ability to serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and consistent communication. * Skilled in running working sessions, gathering requirements, conducting impact assessments, and helping teams reach alignment. * Comfortable escalating blockers and driving issues to closure across vendors and internal teams. Soft Skills * Clear and concise communication, including the ability to break down complex topics for non-technical audiences. * Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines. * Detail-oriented, especially in documenting requirements, analyzing defects, and validating system behavior. * Proactive problem-solver, able to trace issues across interacting systems and propose logical paths to resolution. * Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable working with large enterprise teams and cross-functional stakeholders." Educational Requirements: * A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred. The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
