Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment: * Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work * Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias * Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights * Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation * Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection Work Experience and Education * 4-6 years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master Req * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Bachelor's Degree in related field or additional equivalent work *, Scrum Master Certification CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP Req ## Description The Scrum Master III serves as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding teams and stakeholders in the adoption of Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, promotes team collaboration, and helps ensure work is prioritized and aligned with business value. They also remove impediments, foster a culture of transparency and trust, and empower teams to become self-organized and high-performing. This position partners closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to support successful delivery, improve team maturity, and enhance Agile effectiveness across the organization.
