## Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their HR Reporting & Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing HR and recruiting data, building reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports

 * Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
 * Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
 * Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting
 * Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs
 * Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations
 * Lead multiple analytics initiatives while managing competing priorities
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions
