As a Sage Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers get the most from Zynk's solutions. You'll handle a variety of technical challenges, assist with integration setups, and deliver exceptional support to our clients worldwide., * Provide first-class technical support to our customers via email, phone, and remote sessions.

 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system-related issues.
 * Assist with the deployment, configuration, and integration of Zynk products.
 * Collaborate with the development and product teams to resolve advanced issues.
 * Document technical processes, FAQs, and customer resolutions.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of support tools and processes.
