## About the Role

* Strong experience in Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service).
 * Good understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
 * Experience integrating RMCS with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, CPQ, and related source systems.
 * Expertise in revenue accounting, reconciliations, and troubleshooting revenue recognition processes.
 * Ability to prepare functional specifications and perform business analysis activities.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

Role: Oracle RMCS Functional Consultant

This role requires the consultant to work in the USA or Canada.

The consultant will be responsible for:

 * Validating revenue contracts and performance obligations.
 * Monitoring RMCS interfaces and data loads from source systems such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, CPQ, and other integrated applications.
 * Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring system and process issues.
 * Monitoring contract identification and contract modification processing.
 * Troubleshooting revenue recognition issues and ensuring timely resolution.
 * Analyzing revenue accounting entries and reconciliation-related issues.
 * Reviewing business requirements and assessing functional and technical impacts.
 * Preparing functional specifications for system enhancements and change requests.
 * Conducting gap analysis and recommending appropriate business solutions.
 * Generating revenue reports, dashboards, and management insights.
 * Supporting internal and external audit requests by providing required documentation and analysis.
