## About the Role

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience., Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, * 7+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.

 * Strong communication skills, both directions: you can extract requirements from business teams who don't speak technical, and you can explain your solutions to people who don't write code
 * Skilled in SQL with hands-on experience building dashboards in at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
 * Strong Python skills, not just scripting, but writing clean, maintainable code for ETL, API integrations, and automation
 * Skilled in working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), not just familiarity but hands-on delivery experience
 * Solid understanding of data modeling and BI best practices
 * Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and where they practically apply to reporting and business workflows

Additional Skills

 * Experience replacing or modernizing RPA automations
 * Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and where they practically apply to reporting and business workflows
 * Background in healthcare, pharma, or distribution

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.

## Description

* Work directly with business and operational teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and priorities, then translate those into analytics and automation solutions
 * Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting that help stakeholders monitor performance and make decisions without waiting on your team
 * Write production Python to automate manual processes, build data pipelines, and replace Legacy bots with scalable, modern solutions
 * Support major platform migrations by identifying what's impacted downstream and updating dashboards, data products, and workflows accordingly
 * Help shape our AI strategy by identifying where AI and machine learning can add real value, and partnering with engineering to make it happen
