You will ensure new features are thoroughly tested before release and provide tier-2 support for our suite of web-based business applications supporting Megapack sales, contracting, fulfillment, and billing. This role splits time between coordinating user acceptance testing cycles (50 percent) and investigating complex application support escalations (50 percent). You will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to maintain quality and reliability of business-critical systems. This position is based in Palo Alto with 4-5 days per week in office.
