This role serves as a senior technical advisor for customers evaluating, adopting, and optimizing collaboration solutions across unified communications, enterprise voice, meetings, messaging, contact center adjacencies, and related workplace collaboration platforms.The ideal candidate brings strong architectural depth, customer-facing credibility, and the ability to translate business and operational requirements into clear, defensible solution outcomes. This individual should also have proven experience designing and positioning solutions across key collaboration technologies and strategic partner platforms, including Cisco, Zoom, and RingCentral, with a strong understanding of how those technologies fit into broader customer experience, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies.
