## About the Role

* Salesforce Administrator experience in a production environment
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, reporting, and platform administration
 * Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
 * Experience with Experience Cloud
 * Exposure to Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ
 * Experience with Stripe integrations is a plus
 * Background supporting data cleanup, architecture improvements, and platform optimization initiatives

## Description

We're working with an established technology/product company seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce environment.

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce administration while assisting with system optimization, data quality initiatives, and upcoming platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

 * Manage daily Salesforce support requests and user issues
 * Handle user access, permissions, and security updates
 * Create and maintain reports and dashboards
 * Perform data cleanup, data quality, and system health initiatives
 * Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and recommend improvements
 * Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and backend administrative tasks
 * Assist with Experience Cloud site administration and partner-facing initiatives
 * Partner with internal teams on Revenue Cloud transition efforts
