In this role, you will manage day-to-day marketplace operations, optimize product performance, and closely support first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) eCommerce budget tracking to maximize ROI and support our overall digital growth strategy., Core Responsibilities Third-Party (3P) Management * Own daily operations across active 3P marketplaces (such as Instacart, DoorDash, UberEats, Shipt, and Amazon) * Manage product catalog health, including updating pricing, optimizing product content, managing inventory flow, and resolving listing suppression or account health issues * Launch and scale new products on 3P platforms, managing everything from initial listing creation to setting up promotional campaigns * Collaborate closely with marketplace vendor partners to execute Cub strategies Financial & Budget Tracking (1P & 3P) * Track and reconcile eCommerce budgets across both 1P (cub.com) and 3P channels, ensuring expenditures align with period targets * Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting process by reviewing historical data and projecting sales and expenses. Analytics & Performance Reporting * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) - such as sales, margin, conversion, and ROAS * Prepare weekly and period performance dashboards for leadership, translating raw sales and budget data into actionable business insights * Keep a pulse on marketplace trends, competitor pricing, and platform algorithm changes to keep our brands competitive and profitable. Performs other duties as assigned., Work Environment: * Hybrid Role: This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office 3 days per week. The acceptable split between onsite and remote work is determined by the manager. Hybrid associates may choose to work from an office on a more frequent basis than required. * Travel (minor): This position may require the associate to travel to company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.
