I.E. Power BI and MS Power Apps * Strong test lead skills (test management, planning, execution, oversight) * Expert level proficiency in Windows OS and Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Strong ability to gather, evaluate, decompose, and prioritize business needs (creation of BRDs) ## Description Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a highly skilled, technical-minded IT Enterprise Specialist to provide comprehensive services and support for our Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications. I.E., front and backend. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling the effective maintenance and support of applications critical to business operations. Overview: This person will be responsible for acknowledging, evaluating, and resolving service tickets within SLA agreements. The IT Enterprise Specialist must have exemplary problem-solving skills needed to evaluate root cause issues and solve complex functional, configuration, and technical system issues. The role will interface with business users, requiring excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills. It is preferable that candidates have a working knowledge of Service Now.
