 + More than 2 years of experience in agile methodologies .

 + Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

 + Knowledge of portal software, design, and development.

 + Strong technical documentation skills.

 + U.S. Citizenship required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 + More than 2 years of experience in supporting and triaging customer-facing platforms.

 + More than 2 years of experience in monitoring tools New Relics, data dog.

 + More than 2 years of experience in linux/unix, SQL, Java, Spring, Python and AWS.

## Description

The Software Engineer is responsible for assisting in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance of senior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contribute to technical solutions, and continuously learn and grow your engineering skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

 + Participate in Scrum ceremonies (team standup, retrospective etc.)

 + Provide production support, tirage and solve production issues in a timely manner.

 + Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

 + Develop business features by designing, developing, and testing software solutions.

 + Assess current SDP modules by conducting systems analysis and recommending optimizations to make the application more performant/respond to customer needs.
