On-site engineering technicians who utilize analytical and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment or systems. Applies theories and write reports to outline issues and solutions. * Provide IT support throughout area of responsibility * Utilize ServiceNow for change management, ticketing system and asset inventory * Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for resolution of network outages * Perform Trusted Agent functions for SIPR Token program * Assist users in the region with VTC system deployment and maintenance * Support various admin duties, ex.
