What You Will Do: * Design, build, and operate services used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers * Automate developer-dependent tasks (e.g., tool creation and debugging) to accelerate internal and customer automation efforts * Embed AI/LLMs (Vertex AI, open-source models, agentic tools) to automate decision-making and super-charge developer productivity * Stabilize backend services * Own Problems end to end, * Autonomy with accountability - small, mission-focused squads own features from concept to customer value. * AI-accelerated development - Copilot, Cursor, and our own agentic tools are part of the standard toolkit. * Continuous delivery mindset - we ship daily, sometimes multiple times a day.
