You communicate proactively, not reactively, and your clients always know where things stand. You can direct a team, manage competing priorities, and spot a risk before it becomes a problem. You are comfortable working across multiple functions at once - Launch Tech, MLS, Import, Design - without losing the thread on any of them. You are organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure.
