 * Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean code practices

## Description

* Design and build real-time UIs that present coherent visualizations of market activity, system performance, and trading operations, giving traders intuitive control over complex systems
 * Develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards that surface actionable insights from live financial and operational data.
 * Collaborate closely with traders, quant researchers, and algo developers to understand workflows and translate them into reliable software solutions
 * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing systems across the trading lifecycle
 * Take end-to-end ownership of projects, driving them from initial scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance, * Ownership early: Manage real P&L and make meaningful impact within your first year
