## Description

* Provide day-to-day IT support for Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) environments
 * Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS applications; manage user access and licensing
 * Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac platforms
 * Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning/deprovisioning
 * Deliver in-office, hands-on IT support and remote support for distributed employees
 * Manage incidents through full lifecycle: triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation

Networking & Infrastructure

 * Support and troubleshoot office networking (wired and wireless connectivity)
 * Maintain core IT infrastructure and endpoint hardware

Video Conferencing & AV

 * Support Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for meetings and collaboration
 * Provide in-office AV support, including conference room setup and troubleshooting

Project Management

 * Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through completion
 * Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication across initiatives
