Master's degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience in system test, integration, validation, or product verification. Experience validating complex electro-optical, embedded, or automotive systems. * Strong understanding of: * Systems engineering principles * Verification and validation methodologies * Root-cause analysis * Requirements-based testing * Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQs, and environmental chambers. * Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar scripting languages for automation and data analysis. You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. ## Description The Senior System Test Engineer is responsible for planning, developing, and executing system-level verification and validation activities for LiDAR products. The engineer will be responsible for translating system requirements into test strategies, designing and executing test plans, analyzing performance data, and driving issue resolution across hardware, firmware, optics, algorithms, and software teams. The ideal candidate combines strong systems engineering fundamentals with hands-on test execution experience and a passion for solving complex technical problems. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure successful product development from concept through production release.
