The AD&S team is responsible for developing end-to-end "mission-ized" autonomous air systems capable of delivering exceptional warfighter outcomes to our customers. As a Weapons Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the technical execution and overall successful integration of weapons systems onto platforms. Anduril is seeking exceptional candidates comfortable with myriad technical tasks involved in the successful integration of weapons systems, to include development of integration plans, store management system architecture trades, system-level analysis to support design reviews and regulatory briefings and interfacing regularly with internal teams, customers and suppliers. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead or support efforts performing integration, verification and/or validation of weapon systems onto Anduril or other-party platforms * Develop program plans, estimates, and schedules * Develop system/architecture designs, perform system level analysis, and generate requirements * Adjudicate conflicting design/development requirements with broader team * Develop and present technical material for reviews and meetings * Support lab, ground, and flight test events * Develop/maintain Interface Control Documents, Software Requirement Specifications, Performance Specifications, presentations and review test plans/procedures * Coordinate and interface with customers, contractors, and engineering groups assigned to projects * Support ongoing operation of the weapons system(s) * Provide support for proposals/white papers for future efforts or capabilities * Provide direction to design and to technical staff * Work with and manage suppliers to develop and procure hardware * Identify risks and manage mitigation plans to closure, To ensure your safety and help you navigate your job search with confidence, please keep the following critical points in mind: * No Financial Requests: Anduril will never solicit payment or demand personal financial details (such as banking information, credit card numbers, or social security numbers) at any stage of our hiring process.
