What Will Set You Apart * Strong product intuition and user empathy. You enjoy understanding how your services impact real operators and workflows. * Experience working across multiple languages or systems as needed: Go, Python, C#, C++, etc. * Background with systems that require high performance, reliability, or real-time processing. * Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, robotics, automation, manufacturing systems, or 3D environments. * Demonstrated success implementing and scaling production systems in complex environments. ## Description Candidates for this role could end up working with several of our internal products and teams: Flow is Hadrian's FactoryOS, our core platform comprised of applications that model, manage, and automate an extremely complex network of factories. Copilot is our suite of manufacturing automation products that automates or accelerates key processes within the factory including quoting, CAM programming, and CMM programming. Factory Automation develops robotic cells for use in our factories and the software that controls them. We have a broad set of backend services and applications internally. Candidates interested in redefining manufacturing software-from distributed systems to automation infrastructure-will have ample opportunity to do so.
