You'll build the software servers and managers rely on during every service, where downtime means a dining room that can't close checks. This is a Next.js/TypeScript monorepo powering multiple apps across payments, loyalty, and restaurant operations. You'll work primarily in Flycar but contribute across the platform. Responsibilities * Own end-to-end development of Flycar - UI, API integration, WebSocket flows, and fallback handling when things go wrong * Build interfaces that work reliably across FSR and QSR environments with inconsistent hardware, spotty networks, and dozens of POS configurations * Drive frontend architecture decisions - you'll shape how we build, not just what we build * Debug real-time payment flows that span our terminal, mobile app, and backend services ## Related Videos - [GraphQL + Apollo + Next.js: A Lovely Trio](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/311-graphql-apollo-next-js-a-lovely-trio) - [Debugging in the Dark](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1658-debugging-in-the-dark) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Meet Your New BFF: Backend to Frontend without the Duct Tape](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/682-meet-your-new-bff-backend-to-frontend-without-the-duct-tape) - [From Zero to Hero: NextJS 13 and Tailwind CSS for Beginners](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/766-from-zero-to-hero-nextjs-13-and-tailwind-css-for-beginners) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 139 - Soft and hard queries](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/487-dev-digest-139-soft-and-hard-queries) - [React Developer Salary [2023]](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/198-react-developer-salary-2023) - [Dev Digest 220: Cursor Camp, TanStack hack, and Enterprise Agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/734-dev-digest-220-cursor-camp-tanstack-hack-and-enterprise-agents) - [Dev Digest 119 - ❤️ === ❤️](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/454-dev-digest-119)
