This role sits at the center of our engineering organization, working closely with engineering leaders to maintain clear execution plans as the company scales. The ideal candidate is adept at bringing structure to complex engineering execution challenges. We value individuals who operate with low ego, high ownership, and strong attention to detail- people who care deeply about helping teams move faster and more effectively. This role is perfect for someone with strong understanding of AI agentic tools and processes and how to integrate them into the development pipeline. They are experimental and constantly researching new productivity frameworks and their impact on organizational efficiency and velocity. We operate in a high-velocity engineering environment, where disciplined execution planning is essential to shipping reliably to production. The candidate will earn organizational trust through well researched opinions, strong preparation, and demonstrated expertise in their domain.
