* Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.

 * Possess extensive proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler.

 * Bring over 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in model-based systems engineering.

 * Demonstrate expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions.

 * Capability to lead and guide junior staff in an inclusive manner.

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., * Practical hands-on experience preferred (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot).
 * A collaborative team player.
 * Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Create and manage system models through Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink.

 * Define and enhance system requirements using MBSE methodologies.

 * Prototype and engineer system solutions.

 * Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing.

 * Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges.

 * Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings.

 * Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy.
