## About the Role

 * 6+ years of industry experience
 * 2+ years of management experience
 * Strong grasp of the fundamentals of software engineering
 * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead a team, and deliver challenging feedback.

Bonus Qualifications

 * Prior experience with Typescript and/or Python
 * Prior experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Google Cloud Platform
 * Prior experience with software in a hardware domain, such as embedded devices, mobile apps, IoT, and/or infotainment systems
 * Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
 * Enthusiasm for boating and the water

## Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You'll report to the Director of Software Engineering and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone's work matters.
