This role carries significant ownership and influence, requiring strong product judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business strategy and customer outcomes. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision and strategic initiatives into well-defined, high-impact software solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates maturity in decision-making, a strong grasp of web-based platforms, and the confidence to lead within Agile teams while balancing tactical execution with long-term product goals. This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Phoenix corporate office., Product Ownership & Delivery * Own and drive the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs. * Make informed prioritization decisions within and across sprints to maximize customer and business value. * Ensure backlog items are clearly articulated, well-refined, and appropriately estimated to support predictable delivery. * Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and discovery sessions, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories. * Partner with Product Management to support roadmap execution and incremental delivery of strategic initiatives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement * Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time. * Act as a trusted subject matter expert for the web platform, serving as a key point of contact for internal teams. * Proactively communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress to stakeholders across the organization. * Support alignment across teams by balancing technical constraints, user experience, and business priorities.
