You will serve as the technical engine for hardware quality-analyzing non-conformance data from incoming, production, and field return inspection teams, leading root-cause investigations, and executing permanent resolutions. Additionally, you will partner with Manufacturing Engineering to validate test methods and screening criteria, architect ISO 9001-compliant lean documentation, and represent Quality in early NPI gate reviews. This role is based in-office out of our manufacturing facility in Spanish Fork, Utah, with travel required as needed for supplier collaboration and engineering initiatives.
