This role serves as a hands-on technical practitioner, providing recommended technical approaches for municipal and public infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on QA/QC oversight and review. The Technical Specialist will take a leadership role in guiding and empowering project teams to consistently deliver high-quality work that meets rigorous standards for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. In addition, this individual will act as a regional technical resource, responsible for developing and enforcing QA/QC standards and procedures, reviewing engineering deliverables, supporting internal technical training initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the Northeast Region.
