Experience: * 9+ years of hands-on IBM Cognos development experience. * Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and data models. * Experience with Cognos Analytics 11.x/12.x, Report Studio, and Framework Manager. * Experience working with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries. * Experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics and TI processes is highly preferred. * Experience collaborating with data warehouse, ETL, and business teams in an enterprise environment. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
