## About the Role

At least 2 years of experience in desktop support, help desk operations, or end-user technical support.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience working with Active Directory for user account management and access support.
Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, printers, and common peripheral devices.
Familiarity with network and Wi-Fi issue resolution in a business environment.
Understanding of service desk ticketing processes and the ability to track issues through completion.
Exposure to vendor coordination for technical support, equipment service, or software-related requests.
