* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
 * 5+ years of professional software development experience.
 * Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
 * Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments., * Experience with cloud-native application development.
 * Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
 * Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
 * Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
 * Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code.
 * Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
 * Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
