The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Java development experience, strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot, and experience designing secure, scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring technical leadership, coding, architecture design, security reviews, and mentoring., * 10+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience. * 3+ years of Application, Technical, or Software Architecture experience. * Strong experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. * Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise application architecture. * Hands-on experience with Application Security / AppSec. * Knowledge of Secure SDLC and OWASP principles. * Experience with authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices. * Experience conducting code reviews and technical/architecture reviews. * Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL/Oracle. * Experience with scalable, high-availability applications. * Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
